Tóm tắt

Nghiên cứu này nhằm đánh giá tỷ lệ kháng kháng sinh và đa kháng kháng sinh của 150 chủng Vibrio spp. phân lập từ tôm thẻ chân trắng (Litopenaeus vannamei) nuôi thương phẩm được thu mẫu tại
Chợ Đầu Mối Bình Điền, TP. Hồ Chí Minh. Mười loại kháng sinh đã được sử dụng để kiểm tra tính đề kháng của các chủng Vibrio spp. bao gồm ampicillin, ciprofloxacin, chloramphenicol, doxycycline,
gentamicin, kanamycin, nalidixic acid, streptomycin, tetracycline and trimethoprim/sulfamethoxazole. Kết quả kháng sinh đồ cho thấy tỷ lệ phần trăm các chủng Vibrio spp. kháng kháng sinh lần lượt là 92; 12;
0; 0; 3,3; 80; 3,3; 46,7; 3,3 và 18%. Tỷ lệ đa kháng từ hai đến năm loại kháng sinh là 88,7%, đặc biệt, không có bất kỳ chủng Vibrio spp. nào nhạy cảm với tất cả kháng sinh thử nghiệm. Chỉ số đa kháng kháng
sinh (MAR) là 0,259 cho thấy các chủng vi khuẩn phân lập từ tôm đã tiếp xúc với các kháng sinh được kiểm tra.
