Nghiên cứu, thiết kế và chế tạo mô hình robot leo tường

Robot leo tường trần nhà có tính ứng dụng cao có thể dùng để kiểm tra, bảo trì và lau chùi kính các tòa nhà cao tầng. Robot leo tường được cấu tạo bởi 3 bộ phận chính: bộ phận bám tường, bộ phận di chuyển và phần điều khiển cho robot. Bài báo này trình bày kết quả thiết kế, chế tạo 1 mô hình robot leo tường và trần nhà theo các yêu cầu về vận tốc tiến trong khoảng từ 0,2 - 0,4 m/giây , với độ bám đủ lớn và 1 bộ điều khiển phù hợp. Để hoạt động được robot , một cơ cấu tạo ra áp suất bên dưới robot được điều khiển bởi vi điều khiển Arduino. Kết quả nghiên cứu cho thấy robot thiết kế đạt yêu cầu đề ra, hoạt động tốt ở phạm vi các tòa nhà cao tầng có chiều cao từ 20 - 30 m.
