Đánh giá độ an toàn và hiệu quả của vắc-xin nhược độc phòng bệnh Gumboro khi áp dụng cho gà con mới nở tại trạm ấp

Nghiên cứu được thực hiện nhằm đánh giá mức độ an toàn và hiệu quả của vắc-xin nhược độc phòng bệnh Gumboro công nghệ mới MB-1 ở gà Lương Phượng. Tổng số 27.700 gà Lương Phượng 1 ngày tuổi được tiêm vắc-xin MB-1 với liều 0,1 mL/con tại nhà máy ấp. Kết quả cho thấy hiệu giá kháng thể (HGKT) IBD mẹ truyền ngay ngày chủng là 4857. Vi rút vắc-xin MB-1 đã định vị trong túi Bursa từ 24 đến 36 ngày tuổi. Điểm mô bệnh học vi thể của túi Bursa (BLS) ở mức trung bình; tăng dần từ 0,67 đến 3 điểm và giảm với dấu hiệu phục hồi còn 2,33 điểm ở 36 ngày tuổi. Chỉ số tỷ lệ túi Bursa (BI) ở 21 ngày tuổi là 0,39% và giảm còn 0,1% ở thời điểm 36 ngày tuổi. Khả năng đáp ứng miễn dịch dịch thể với việc chủng ngừa vắc-xin ND cao, đạt HGKT là 4.448 ở 42 ngày tuổi. Đặc biệt, HGKT kháng IBD phát triển tốt và đồng đều, đạt HGKT là 3.632 và hệ số biến động chỉ ở mức 22%. Tóm lại, việc sử dụng vắc-xin MB-1 chủng cho gà con 1 ngày tuổi cho sự định vị của vi rút vắc-xin ở túii Bursa sớm từ đó phát triển kháng thể chủ động IBD nhanh và đồng đều. Vắc-xin MB-1 hoàn toàn không ảnh hưởng đến việc đáp ứng miễn dịch với vắc-xin ND và và an toàn cho túi Bursa khi áp dụng cho gà thịt thương
phẩm ở trạm ấp.
