Đặc điểm hình thái của loài cá đối lưng xanh Planiliza subviridis (Valenciennes, 1836) ở vùng cửa sông, ven biển Cần Giờ, Thành phố Hồ Chí Minh

Loài cá đối lưng xanh Planiliza subviridis (Valenciennes, 1836) là một trong những loài cá có giá trị kinh tế, phân bố ở vùng cửa sông, ven biển huyện Cần Giờ, Thành phố Hồ Chí Minh (hiện nay gồm các xã Bình Khánh, An Thới Đông, Cần Giờ và Thạnh An). Nghiên cứu được thực hiện trên các mẫu cá thu tại huyện Cần Giờ. Ba mươi cá thể (mẫu ngâm) có chiều dài toàn thân 129,87 - 178,04 mm, trung bình 145,42 mm; trọng lượng 19,17 - 56,82 g, trung bình 30,01 g được sử dụng cho nghiên cứu đặc điểm hình thái. Tổng số 381 cá thể (129 đực, 245 cái, 7 không phân biệt giới tính) thu mẫu từ tháng 11/2023 đến 11/2024 dùng cho phân tích tương quan chiều dài khối lượng và hệ số điều kiện tương đối (Kn). Cá đối lưng xanh có đặc trưng hình thái (chỉ tiêu đếm) gồm D1 IV; D2 I,8; A III,9; V I,5; P 14 - 15; C 16, Pect sc 7 - 8, D1 sc 9 - 10, D2 sc 19 - 21, Ll 30 - 33. Tương quan chiều dài – khối lượng được thể hiện bằng phương trình chung W= 0,016 x L2,859 (R2 = 0,949; n = 381); Wcái= 0,017 x L2,842 (R2 = 0,947; n = 245); cá đực Wđực= 0,030 x L2,626 (R2 = 0,899; n = 129). Hệ số tăng trưởng (b) của cá cái cao hơn cá đực và khác biệt có ý nghĩa thống kê (P < 0,05). Hệ số điều kiện tương đối (Kn) của cá đối vào mùa khô 0,720 - 1,378 (trung bình 0,988), mùa mưa 0,737 - 1,254 (trung bình 1,204). Giá trị Kn mùa mưa cao hơn mùa khô với sự khác biệt rất có ý nghĩa thống kê (P < 0,01).
