Ảnh hưởng của chỉ số nhiệt ẩm trong chuồng nuôi lên năng suất và chỉ số nhai lại của bò sữa giai đoạn khai thác sữa

Nghiên cứu được thực hiện nhằm đánh giá ảnh hưởng của chỉ số nhiệt ẩm (THI) trong chuồng nuôi lên năng suất và chỉ số nhai lại (RI) của bò sữa giai đoạn khai thác sữa tại Trang trại Bò sữa Nutimilk Gia Lai từ tháng 07 đến 09/2024. Nghiên cứu được thực hiện trên 251 bò sữa HF từ 4 nhóm đang cho sữa ở 4 khu chuồng nuôi, gồm nhóm năng suất sữa cao khu 1 (78 bò), năng suất sữa cao khu 2 (57 bò), sau sinh khu 1 (58 bò) và sau sinh khu 2 (58 bò). Kết quả cho thấy nhiệt độ, độ ẩm và THI biến động rất lớn (P < 0,001) ở các chuồng nuôi cho 4 nhóm bò theo dõi và ở các thời điểm khác nhau trong ngày. Năng suất sữa, RI và lượng vật chất khô tiêu thụ (DMI) trung bình mỗi ngày khác nhau đáng kể (P < 0,001) giữa 4 nhóm bò. Năng suất sữa trung bình của 4 nhóm bò thì khác nhau rõ rệt ở 3 thời điểm vắt sữa trong ngày, cao nhất là ca 1 (5 - 7 giờ 30) đạt 12,89 kg/bò, kế đến là ca 3 (21 - 23 giờ 30 đạt 11,81 kg/ca và thấp nhất là ca 2 (13 - 15 giờ 30) đạt 11,23 kg/ca (P < 0,001). Chỉ số THI có mối tương quan nghịch rất chặc chẽ (P < 0,01) với năng suất sữa (r = -0,95), RI (r = -0,89) và DMI (r = -0,57). Nhìn chung, số liệu trong nghiên cứu chỉ ra rằng THI trong chuồng nuôi ảnh hưởng lớn và có tương quan nghịch chặt chẽ đến năng suất, RI và DMI trung bình mỗi ngày của bò giai đoạn khai thác sữa.
