Tóm tắt

Nghiên cứu này nhằm đánh giá tình trạng kháng kháng sinh của 75 chủng vi khuẩn Vibrio parahaemolyticus được phân lập trên hàu được bán tại thành phố Thủ Đức. Kết quả kháng sinh đồ cho thấy tất cả các chủng đều nhạy cảm với chloramphenicol, florfenicol và kháng hoàn toàn với ampicillin. Tỷ lệ kháng của các chủng phân lập với kháng sinh streptomycin, tetracycline, trimethoprim/sulfamethoxazol, nalidixic acid, ciprofloxacin, enrofloxacin, nitrofurantoin lần lượt là 56%; 4%; 4%; 4%; 22,7%; 38,7%. Tỷ lệ đa kháng từ hai đến sáu loại kháng sinh được ghi nhận là 96% và chỉ số MAR (multiple antibiotic resistance) từ 0,2 đến 0,42.
